In a specific area if the ++++ are stronger, they will send you strength, peace, confidence, answers, ideas, determination. If the ---- are stronger they will bring doubts, tiredness, desires, confusion, "I want", anger, bad memories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lets look at weight loss. If the positives are stronger you will be inspired to eat less and exercise more. If you have a desire to eat sweets you will shrug it off easily. You will look forward to your workout. You will lose weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If the negatives are stronger you will get repeated messages to eat a candy bar, to overeat at dinner and to skip your workout. You can still lose weight but it will be a constant struggle. What are these negatives and where did they come from? Smoking causes lung cancer. Skipping my study period can lower my exam grade. Stalling making a sales call can lower my sales. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);font-size:130%;" &gt;WANT TO BE A RAP STAR!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let's take a beat from the RAPPER's. Let's talk to ourselves in the form of Rapping.&lt;br /&gt;Start by putting 4 to 6 {Suggestions + Anti-Suggestions + Statements} together. And say them to yourself like a RAP.&lt;br /&gt;Let's start with my weight loss RAP.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;I lose weight.&lt;br /&gt;I love losing weight.&lt;br /&gt;I can be under 200 pounds. These words are specially formulated to help you lose weight. You can do this anytime, anywhere, silent or outloud. Especially before eating. You can vary it. I have been watching and feeling my shoulder muscle. At many points I am finding that my shoulder muscles are too tense. I am wasting energy and wearing down my body. What can we do? We can try to find out why are shoulders are too tense. That maybe in the future.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Going through your day feel your shoulder muscles. If they are too tense use peace self hypnosis.&lt;br /&gt;Say to yourself&lt;br /&gt;My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.&lt;br /&gt;My chest and stomach are at peace.&lt;br /&gt;My back is at peace.&lt;br /&gt;And feelings of peace will come over this area.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Try this during your busy day. After hypnosis I have seen smokers walk out and never smoke again. Many had very few or no withdrawals. I remember quitting with no withdrawals. I just didn't want to smoke. It was a miracle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Others struggled with some going back to smoking. The point here is that some walked out with very few or no withdrawals. This is proof that the Inner Mind plays a very large role in whether you have withdrawals. The following is a big part of what I do with smokers during a class or session. We all know about these blocks. Perhaps you want to lose weight and you just keep putting off your exercise plan. Perhaps you need to speak before an audience but you are panicking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Where do they come from? Past failures, stress, anger, work, finances, health issues, and childhood experiences are common ones. These build up over time and become what I call as the negatives. In this post I will talk about automatic writing to discover and deal with them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Automatic Writing&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let's find some blocks for your goal. Sit comfortably in a chair with a pen and paper near by. At the top of the paper write your goal. Then close your eyes for a few moments and see your goal.&lt;br /&gt;Now write and say the same line over and over again. When an answer comes up write it down.&lt;br /&gt;Just keep writing for a while.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight (put in your goal) because ........&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because .........&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;I'm too old&lt;/span&gt; (mental answer)&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because ..........&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because ...... &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;of stress on job&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because ......&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because .....&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because ......&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;of money stress &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because ......&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;nobody cares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because ......&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;of my illness&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can't lose weight because .....&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;I am too overweight&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Write down all the excuses you come up with. Go thorough the excuses. For ones you can't do anything about like &lt;em&gt;too old&lt;/em&gt; first acknowledge them. &lt;em&gt;I am old&lt;/em&gt;. Then cross them out. For the ones you can do something about, i.e.stress on the job, acknowledge this. Then imagine yourself becoming aware of stress while on the job and perhaps using peace SH to release it and go about your business. These are triggers that will set off feelings. Why does our society neglect the Mind. Doctors talk about the brain not the Mind. Like it doesn't exist except to be something controlled by bodily fluids, genes, chemical imbalances. When I tell people that I am a hypnotist they have a picture of the stage hypnotist. Not everyone but most. When I start talking about how the Mind is involved their eyes glaze over and their attention moves elsewhere.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are no Departments of the Mind in any universities that I know of. Our most important asset is not being developed. Sure athletes are using it and other people. But mostly it is ignored.&lt;br /&gt;Why is this?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well I am here to talk about the Mind. How it works. How to quit whatever you need to quit. How to lower stress while working.
